No, we welcome Volunteers of all backgrounds, both SKILLED and NON-SKILLED. Whether you are a medical professional, teacher, builder, or someone with no specific trade but a willing heart, there is a meaningful role for you. We match volunteers to the projects and activities where their contribution will have the greatest impact.
Both options exist. UK-based volunteers can support us with administration, fundraising, communications, and awareness activities from home. Volunteers who wish to travel can join us on Mission Tours and project placements in Sierra Leone, an experience that is truly life changing for both the volunteers and the communities they serve.

Payroll giving is a tax-efficient way for employees to donate directly from their salary. Contact your employer's HR department and ask about payroll giving or matched giving schemes.
